When it comes to being community-minded, few individuals can match the level of dedication that Attorney James Scherr has demonstrated over the years. As a native of El Paso, Texas, he has always felt a strong connection to his community and has gone above and beyond to serve its residents in many heart-warming ways.

James Scherr grew up in El Paso and attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a degree in business. After graduating, he went on to attend law school at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He then returned to El Paso to begin his legal career, and since then, he has established himself as one of the city’s most respected attorneys who fights for the rights of the less fortunate.

He completed his college education and law degree so quickly that he became the youngest attorney to obtain a law degree in El Paso, a record he still holds to this day.

But what really sets James Scherr apart is his commitment to serving his community. Over the years, he has dedicated countless hours to various community organizations and causes, including serving on the board of the YMCA, the El Paso Symphony Orchestra, and the El Paso Museum of Art. He has also been actively involved in the El Paso Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of El Paso.

He has also been actively involved in various economic development initiatives aimed at bringing new businesses and jobs to the area. Despite his many accomplishments, James Scherr remains humble and dedicated to his community. He is quick to credit his success to the support of his family and the many mentors who have helped him along the way.
