Ten Injured in Illinois FedEx Crash with Special Needs Bus

In a harrowing collision that occurred in Manhattan, Illinois, on Thursday afternoon, 10 individuals sustained injuries when a special needs bus and a FedEx van collided. The incident took place at approximately 3 p.m. near the intersection of West Manhattan Road and South Ridge Road, as confirmed by officials from the Manhattan Fire Protection District.

According to initial reports provided by Manhattan Fire Chief Steve Malone, 10 individuals were injured in the crash. The majority of those injured sustained minor injuries, while one individual sustained serious injuries.

Multiple agencies responded to the scene of the incident. The circumstances surrounding the crash are currently under investigation.
